Cool Earth is a charity that works with local villages to stop the destruction of rainforests. Cool Earth believes that local residents are the best possible guardians of the rainforest, and are the key to stopping deforestation. Therefore, local people receive control over the rainforest in all projects. By providing better incomes, better schools and better clinics, Cool Earth gives their partner towns the resources they need to maintain their rainforests. One of these partner villages is the Awajún Indians who supply the cocoa for our ‘Single Dark’.
